a. the workstation must be clean and convenient for the worker to work. This will ensure employees to work without stress, which will be very good for their mental health and also good for the business to run smoothly. The second thing is computers have to be put somewhere which is not too near to the user's eye. This will help employees prevent some diseases related to eyes.
b. The software that those employees used must contain the large-enough font size, not too small but not too large as well. This will prevent any adverse effect to their eyes. Another feature that is identified is the color of the software is not too bright or to dark and should be as much simple as possible. This will also help with employees' eyes problems.
c. two work practice procedures that the company could introduce is considered. The first want is sitting posture. Company needs to assure there is no wrong posture while the employees are sitting in their work in order to help them prevent from spine diseases. The second thing posture while they're seeing the computer. They need to relax after 2-3 hours after sitting in the computer to help them not to have any problem with their visual functions.
8a. - Company's address. The amount of money customers have to pay.
b. - The amount of money and the deadline in which the customer need to pay
c. Printing process. First step, turn on the printer. Second step, put paper on the default tray. Third step, input data on computer. Final step, print data and take out the finished billed.
d.i) email of customers.
ii) first, save the paper source and save money in which is used to print the bill. secondly, save the transportation fee.
ah, I'm Brian
Brian you must concentrate on back ( posture ) , eye strain and stress related to a computer workstation.
ie desk/ seating arrangement
Lighting , heating of static person ,breaks ( no longer than one hour at a time), easy to use software , training to limit stress - this some but not all of the H& S conciderations.
